People can not trust what this compact, Sony Camcorder HDR-CX100 is.

My driver or CD that came with my Sony camcorder can not be downloaded to your computer?
I just Sony to have this Sr-300 and I tried to download Picture Motion Browser, for my camcorder to be recognized by the computer.However, says the connection was not found. But I connected everything and followed the instructions! What appears to be the problem? my coimputer? hp dv1000 your sorrow! I have enough memory and everything! Why can not the Movie Explorer you can download? Plzz help. if this fails, I'll have to go back!
