I have the Canon Eos Digital Rebel XT body Links Partners do not know how to use the manual settings?
I have the Canon Links Partners EOS Digital Rebel XT body that does not know how to use manual settings on it. Like the buttons with the "A" and "TV" and stuff. I reviewed the website and i did not help. I have no address book to help me out either. If you could try to help explain to me how to use them and what they do thanks:) or send me some useful websites
The user manual explains it pretty well. Here is a manual that I found that you can download sources. I can offer an explanation, if you need more when I have more time to respond. Go to Chapter 5 (page 79 of manual) for more information. Basically the TV is Shutter Priority ... set the shutter speed and aperture is adjusted to give correct exposure. Av is aperture priority. You adjust the aperture (for can control depth of field) and adjust the shutter speed for proper exposure. M is manual exposure. You set both the aperture and shutter speed to get the desired exposure.
