Any reputabel E-Tailer will take Visa, MC, or some other major CC. I would tell him that you can only pay with your Paypal account. That way if you don’t get the money pay pal will reimburse you.
I often sell overseas, I always insist they have a verified Paypal account or I simply will not do business with them.
