How was your experience with the Nikon customer service?

I bought a Nikon D60 Sept.Used only twice, and when I went to use the objective was to make a clicky sound.To a long story short, I sent it to Nikon after to get any satisfaction at all from FutureShop (which I might add has not offered me the warranty when I bought this Nikon exttended) called to say something inside was broken and didn't warranty covers accidental damage.Now this was not the camera drops, tc.It and no scratches, dents, etc and who can say that it was kept down while at the store! I am very disappointed with Nikon. $ 140 to repair the lens, I believe that customer satisfaction should be priceless.Word the mouth is the best way to make a youtube advertisement.Perhaps disease vid about my experience and consumer feedback on this product.Im not sure what my next step .... speak with a manager from Nikon, which demand FS? Any input is greatly appreciated!

I've heard similar stories before about Nikon. Alas.
