What is my Nikon adapter needs to be able to use my fisheye lens?
I just bought a Nikon Fisheye Converter FC-E9 0.2x lens to test. It came with a UR-E10 adapter ring step lens, but it is in my current lens (AF-S DX Nikkor 18-55mm). I'm still getting used to all this kind of recent art, so I have no idea what I need to use adapter. Does anyone know I need one or where I can find? I've tried google, but I'm pretty confused lol
This combination was designed to work with some compact cameras Nikon, so do not know if you can do to make it compatible. According to this site http://www.cs.mtu.edu/ ~ FC-E9 shene/DigiCam/User-Guide/A95/Lens/Fisheye.html has a thread size of 46 mm. I know that the Nikon kit lens uses a thread size of 52 mm. Some 52 to 46 mm by the passage of the ring might work. http://www.adorama.com/FLD5246.html
