What is a good value Ultra Wide Angle Lens?

I shoot a Nikon D80 with 18-200mm and I love it, but I think it would be like an ultra wide angle. I want nothing more than 200 mm in the upper of 18-200. I was looking at the ultra wides by Nikon and appears to be a package of over $ 899 more like $ 1000, or 20,000 if you want a new 13 mm. I wonder if there a lens good value at $ 899 say that ultra wide-angle shooting. If you can show me and if triggered then please give a little review. Thanks beforehand. PS. If you can accommodate filters then that is great but not necessary

I do not know where you get your prices, but a very decent fisheye is Nikon AF DX Fisheye Nikkor 10.5 f/2.8 ED which should be around $ 650? Only wide-angle (20/2.8 D AF Nikkor) for about $ 600? The first by is certainly not allowed to use a filter, but goes for almost all fisheye lenses out there. Can not give examples Helas. EDIT: I do not see why Nikon's face 14 mm is considered or even mentioned? Asker's using a D80 (cultured). The 14mm will act as a DX 21 mm in Asker so in fact it may be better off getting the Nikkor 20/2.8 D AF less than half the price? That is, of course, unless the questioner is thinking of getting a FF soon.
