Camera Help? 50 mm Nikkormat?

ok here is a link to a camera image on flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/peyton70/2851216934/ I have no idea how to use / operate this camera and I was wondering if someone could explain at least the basics for me. I know it's a Film Camera, and no film in the camera, but do not know where it takes to get the film developed? its very old so I'm not sure if you can take as Walgreens or somewhere special camera?
