What is the best digital camera?
Okay, i’m buying a new digital camera but I don’t want to have to fork out too much. I have been looking at the Leica brand cameras but when I seen there prices it threw me right off. I have also been looking at some Panasonic-Lumix Digital Cameras but I am not really a camera person so I need your help 
If you could suggest a camera that’s of good value and takes a really good photo that’d be great, but, if not, what are some of the main things I should be looking out for and what are some of the best brands? I know about mega-pixels etcetc. but I haven’t a clue about CCD sensors or things like that :S If you want to recommend a camera, i’d rather have one that has 9MP or more and costs, at the most £250 ($385USD).
