Printer sharing domain, please help?

In our office we have LAN and printers, just days before formatting the printer system "Konica Minolta" has been installed and now I have install windows as well as the driver for this printer, and put it in the quota because some of our employees need to print to it. I can print documents from my PC, but other employees can not. when I try to connect via IP address, as well as "My Network Places" is giving me error that "can not have sufficient permissions to use this network resource. There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon 'request. Also disable the firewall, so please tell us what to do now.

I should add that the workstation to the domain server. Even if you have the worstation names with the same name as before, the domain server does not allow it back into the domain until it has successfully added the domain to the server. You may need to change the properties of the network connection to allow "logon domain" instead of local logon.
