How I can make a 2×3-inch photo with a Digital Camera?

I have a Canon PowerShot SD600 and need to take a 2x3-inch photo for the head of an identification card. The vaccine against the head of 2x3 inch must be submitted electronically. What settings should I adjust the camera?

A few months ago someone had a question about how to print a 3.25 X 3.25 pic, here was my answer, I just copy and paste, so I hope this can help. Most cameras automatically save the photo standard size ratio as 2X3 - 4X6 - 8X12 and so on. If you have Adobe Photoshop is very easy to do, but you will lose some of the width. OPTION # 1 After opening the images you want to change the size and has already saved to your PC, click the following options in the top of your screen in Adobe Photoshop: IMAGE> RESIZE> Image Size> Type: 3.25 for both Width and Height, type in the resolution of the option> 100 and click OK, then your photo is resized but still need to keep on your computer, so I click: File> Save As> give a name to the image so can still have your original saved in case something goes wrong Are you okay with the original, and then click to save a small window will ask you to quality you want to save your new picture, choose 8, but not high enough big and you're ready to print. OPTION # 2 Always in Photoshop you can crop the image using right mouse button: Click Image> Crop tool> At the top of the image point in the aspect> RATIO No restriction> a then enter 3.25 for both and Width> Height then enter 100 pixels / inch resolution option. OPTION # 3 This option Down only works if you use the EXACT SIZE OF ROLE: In the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is even easier: Open your image without any program the image will open and you click the bottom "screen PRINT" icon, a small window (PHOTO Print Wizard) the selection of printing, select which image you want to be in print in this size, click Next, another screen appears and then click Print PREFERENCE> on paper quality, click Tab size paper option> CUSTOM> TYPE 3.25 for each,> click OK then click Next> Design selection, click> Full page photo print> Click Next. and the printer does the rest.
