hiya what do you think of my cable management in my cm690 case?

I think it looks good. I don’t see that you’ve left any PCI-E connections for your Video Card(s), but maybe you just tucked them out of the way for these shots. (Is that the one that’s laying near the bottom fan opening?) The CPU cooling solution will also clutter that up a bit (but not too much if it’s not too big and plugs into the motherboard 4-pin fan header). It looks nice and should have very good airflow. Are you planning on adding the bottom fan?
