Create low-cost Flash TV commercial
With the growing popularity of the World Wide Web and online video services like YouTube, many people are away from television to the web. However, the traditional broadcast TV advertising remains the most popular and effective channel mass market advertising. Even Google has launched its AdWords system, Google Video to help small business owners to buy TV airtime at cheaper prices.
Although originally built to create vector-based Web animation, Adobe Flash can also be used to create animations for video and television. You Use Flash animation to produce quality films and video output format for viewing on DVD or TV, which can be a short ten-second commercials TV or cartoons minutes long.
By using Flash to produce video files, you can create television commercials quality with a low budget – no need of hiring a video production team and actors to do the whole video production.
Flash can export files in AVI and QuickTime movie format, either with or without sound. You can then import these formats directly in many video editing programs standard and output them to tape or CD.
The following are some important factors to consider when creating a Flash TV commercial, which includes resolution screen, screen size, frame rate, color and the video format required when you output Flash.
– Screen Resolution
Screen resolution refers to the number of pixels in each dimension than can be displayed. Usually, TV sets are of the following resolutions:
* SDTV: 480i (NTSC, 720×480 split into two fields of 240 lines)
* SDTV: 576i (PAL, 720×576 divided into two 288-line fields)
* EDTV: 480p (NTSC, 720×480)
* EDTV: 576p (PAL, 720×576) * HDTV: 720p (1280×720)
* HDTV: 1080i (1280×1080, 1440×1080, 1920×1080 or divided into two fields of 540 lines)

However, if you are using a lot of raster images based on their production, as pngs and jpgs, then it becomes more important than using the highest resolution images possible or look blurry in the final product.
